At Smiling at You, we believe that transformation is not just physical—it's emotional, mental, and deeply personal. Our founder, Justin Tice, knows this firsthand. In 2016, Justin stood on the scale at 436 pounds, facing a mountain of change ahead. But step by step, pound by pound, he fought back. Over the next three years, he lost more than 150 pounds, transforming not just his body but his mindset as well.
But the journey didn’t stop there. In 2023, Justin faced another life-altering challenge: open heart surgery to repair a valve damaged by rheumatic fever from his childhood. This time, it wasn’t just his weight that he had to overcome—it was fear, doubt, and the struggle of trusting his body again. Slowly, through dedication and self-belief, Justin regained his confidence, returning to training five days a week, plus active recovery, showing that no obstacle is too great to overcome.
Today, Justin continues to push himself to new heights, leading by example. Smiling at You LLC is the embodiment of that spirit. We’re here to inspire, motivate, and guide you through your own personal journey, no matter how impossible it may seem. Justin’s mission is simple: to help you become your absolute best self through positive fitness training, just like he did—and continues to do—every day. Together, we can transform, grow, and smile at the challenges ahead.

Here’s how we can work together:
1. Personal Training (1-on-1 or Small Group)Every client is different, and so is every session. I create customized fitness programs designed specifically for where you are today and where you want to go. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete, I’ll guide you through workouts that are challenging, safe, and effective. My approach is flexible, whether you prefer working one-on-one or with a small group of friends for extra motivation and support.
2. Specialized Programs- I design fitness plans for a wide range of specific needs and conditions, including:

3. Active Recovery and Functional Training- Training is more than just lifting weights—it’s about moving well and feeling great. My active recovery sessions focus on functional movements, mobility, and exercises that help you reduce pain and improve daily activities. These sessions are perfect for staying active without overloading your body.
4. Online Coaching- For those who can’t meet in person, my online coaching provides personalized workout plans and check-ins, allowing you to train on your own time while still receiving guidance, accountability, and support. I’ll design a program based on your goals, equipment access, and fitness level, all from the comfort of your home or gym.
5. Pickleball Clinics and Fitness Workshops- Fitness can—and should—be fun! Join one of my pickleball clinics or workshops where you’ll learn new skills, get active, and meet like-minded people. These events are perfect for all fitness levels and add a social, engaging element to your fitness journey.
